Raghu is the driving force behind Resonance. Left a cushy job with a cruise line company to pursue his passion for music. A passionate audiophile with a strong sales & marketing acumen which reaffirms the fact that as partners with major International audio brands who look forward to many years of strong partnership with them to achieve a common goal of making their brands the leading choice in audio solutions for the Indian consumer. Handles brand strategies and the entire pan India distribution network which has the highest number of dealers & re-sellers for any privately owned distribution company.
Srinivasan
A radiation oncologist by profession, Shashank is the latest addition to Resonance. His passion for music and hi-end audio gear instigated him to join us. He started off by taking care of all import shipments which itself is a massive task for anyone and later grew to become the head of finance at Resonance. Being married to a Bania, heading finance was a natural progression for him. Controls all financial operations alongwith a capable team and the growth of the organization is a testimony to the fact that he knows his numbers.
Verma
A hospitality graduate by profession, Sanjay happens to be the co-founder at Resonance. He is the heart of the organization and is at the helm of affairs. Also heads retail operations & handles all the key accounts. A great leader who runs operations along with a highly motivated team, has been the biggest asset for the organization over all these years.
Verma
Coming from an engineering background, Nilaksh happens to be the Technical Head at Resonance. He takes care of all key projects and ensures their smooth and proper execution. Works upon CAD drafting for all the audio projects, various audio design softwares, guides his team on how to execute the ongoing project and provides remote or on-site technical support to the client. He has successfully completed numerous prestigious projects till date and stays always geared up for his upcoming assignments. Always feels elated on winning an argument with Raghu over a technical design.
